Phil Reed (Born May 11, 1974) is an American politician who is the 48th and current president of the United States. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the 50th vice president for most of 2025 under President Martha Holley as a Democrat and represented Yellowstone in the United States House of Representatives from 2023 to 2025. He is currently married to Luna Reed.
Reed is the first Bisexual, Cuban, and the first President to have an Independent Vice President. In 2026, he signed the bipartisan AMERICARE bill, that oversaw a public healthcare option, he also cut foreign aid for nations such as China, Iran, and Saudi Arabia In April 2026, he announced his candidacy for the Democratic Party nomination in the 2028 presidential election, but later switched to running for the Republican Nomination along with the Unity Nomination.
Early Life, army, and career (1974-2019)[]
Phil Reed was born in Kansas City, Yellowstone on May 11, 1974. At the age of 20 he joined the army and served up until 2019 when his family moved to Denver CO. During his time in Army Phil Reed founded an international news network named Vice News. We would soon reach a total net worth of 58.7 million dollars. However, when Phil Reed ran for congress he ended Vice News to worry more about his run for congress. VP News then reopened in Mid-2026, and is currently the 2nd largest in the nation by viewship. On July 11, 2021 he announce he would be running for congress in Yellowstone's third district. He won the primary, unopposed with 99.89% of the vote. He then went on to win the general election winning 58% of the vote.

During his time as a Congressman he passed nationwide bills like the "Keep America Safe Act" which allowed a buy back for all guns taken by the Government. During his time as a Congressman Reed and Fred Minion founded the United Freedom Party, they would both later merge into the Democrats. Later Reed would pick Minion as his running mate for President of the united states before they join the Democrat Party.
Later in his second year he announced he was running for re-election in Yellowstone's 2nd district. He won the election in a landslide winning 60% of the vote against Republican Andrea Plaza but resigned after 17 days to be sworn in as Vice President.
2024 Presidential Campaign[]

In 2024 Reed a campaign for President. All the polls showed him beating everyone by 50 points. It was a few weeks away from the primaries when Reed decided to drop out of the race for President. Arlene Forster then took his spot as the front runner. A few days after dropping out of the race for President, he joined the ticket of Senator Martha Holley. Holley proceeded to win the primary and the general election. Making Phil Reed the 50th Vice President of the United States of America.
Vice President (2025-2025)[]
During his time as Vice President Reed cast several tie-breaking votes in the Senate, including on his first day in office. After a few weeks in office Vice President Reed made a 4 week tour of the nation meeting with people from every state. Reed made several trips to Canada to work out trade deals with the Canadian Prime Minister.
President Holley resigned from office on July 18, 2025 making it one of the shortest Presidential terms in history. At 11:43 pm Vice President Reed was sworn in as President of the United States. Making him the 48th President.
As the rules state the Speaker of the house is to become Vice President. At this time the speaker of the house was absent. So President Reed picked Governor of Concord Zach Fellman to be Vice President making him the first independent Vice President in history.
Presidency (2025–present)[]
Phil Reed is best known for his role as President of the United States. He has large amounts of support from both major parties in the United States. During his time in office he has done some great things. He ended the Willow Project during his first term. He also signed into law a life changing bill for Americans called "Americare" which provided healthcare to millions of Americans.
During the 2026 midterm elections the Republican party won both houses of Government. This was the first time in 20 years the same party as the President has won both houses of Government. his approval ratings remained at 80 to 85% during his entire first term, making him one of the most popular Presidents in American history.
On November 6th, 2028 his wife gave birth to his son, named Royal "Roy" Reed. He is the first baby to be born to a sitting President and First Lady since, Patrick Bouvier Kennedy was born to President John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jackie Kennedy in 1963.
