Everett Warren Altman, or better known as EW or E. W. Altman is an American politician, statesperson and academician. He was born and raised in Denver but moved to Rhode Island to pursue a higher education. He has a docterote in Physics and a Ph.D. in Biochemisty. both from Brown University.
