The 2028 United States gubernatorial elections were held on November 7, 2028, in 4 states regular elections were held. The elections took place concurrently with the elections to the House of Representatives and Senate.

After the elections, the Republican Party returned back to 5 states, with them gaining Chesapeake but loosing Erie to the Unity Party, the Unity Party became the second biggest with 2 governorships by gaining Erie from the Republicans and Cascade from the Democrats, and the Democratic Party lost both of its states, only leaving them with Amarillo.
