The 2028 United States House of Representatives elections were held on November 7, 2028, to elect representatives from all 24 congressional districts across each of the 8 U.S. states to the 121st United States Congress. The election was done along with elections to the United States Senate and of state governors.
In the 2026 United States House of Representatives elections, the Republicans gained control of the chamber with a supermajority of 16 seats, compared to 5 seats of the Democrats, 2 seats of the Unity Party and 1 seat by an Independent. Leading up to the 2028 elections, Republican Joey Samuel resigned from office and put as his sucessor Democrat Seneca Morris, as such changing the composition of the house changed to a 15R - 6D - 2U - 1I balance.
